10. ALTERATIONS TO THIS CONSTITUTION
The procedure for altering this constitution shall be:
a) The proposed amendments shall be set out in full and provided to Council Elders for discussion electronically or during a meeting. Such proposals can come from an Elder or CCIWI member.
b) The amendments must be agreed to by at least two-thirds of the Council Elders.
c) All amendments shall subsequently be updated on the website and provided as an update to all CCIWI members.
